Spring Medicine Plant Walk
Join herbalist Jeannine Brown for a Spring Medicine Plant Walk in Tryon State Park! We’ll wander through the forest, breathe in the lush oxygen, open our heart-minds to the Spirit of the forest, and listen to the plants. We will practice some light energy medicine walking and movement in order to best harmonize with the forest, the Earth and the plants. We will identify a variety of plants and discuss their healing properties and the variety of ways they can be used medicinally.
🪶We’ll meet at the Nature Center at 10:30 and then wander from there.
💖Bring an open heart, a notebook and pen, walking sticks if you prefer and comfy walking shoes.

Winter Solstice Peace Meditation Circle
Enter the depth of Winter and the darkest day of the year, with a quieting of the spirit, and seated meditation for inner peace. We will gather in sacred circle at Cedar Moon Healing Arts home (my home) for gently guided, candle-lit, silent, seated meditation in honor of the Winter Solstice. We will look within, focus within, and bring our presence to our inner temple as an act of self-love and self care. Gathering our spiritual light within, we create our own energetic field of coherence, which in turn benefits our day to day and those of our loved ones, and greater human family. 🌙💖✨

We remember the pulse of the Earth, the rhythm and cycle of the seasons and our micro/macrocosmic place in the tide of life. We will join in sacred circle on the Autumnal Equinox to look within, breathe with our inner being, and gather sacred universal light at this time to nourish our body, heart-mind and spirit. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. 🌙💖✨
Spring Equinox Meditation Circle
Join me for a seated Spring Equinox Meditation! We will sit in sacred circle, and I will play crystal bowls to open the circle and then we will then practice a 1 hour silent meditation, channeling in our souls’ spiritual light and supportive universal energy medicine of the Spring Equinox to renew our body-heart-mind. This is a wonderful opportunity to step into alignment with the highest version of you moving forward in the auspicious, growing, rising energies of Spring!
