Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) is a phenomenal plant, known for its heart protective qualities and as a harmonizing women’s herb for hormone and emotional balancing. It also balances the connection between the heart and kidneys. I, affectionately, refer to it as a “mother to the mother” or a “caretaker to the caretaker”. It is antispasmodic, astringent, diaphoretic, a nervine, an emmenagogue, a stimulant and a sedative.
Ingredients: Organic Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), organic ethanol alcohol from organic corn.
Dried leaves in 95% alcohol. 1 to 10 herb to alcohol ratio
Suggested Usage: ½ dropper full, under the tongue, or in a glass of water or juice, twice daily or as directed by your health care professional.
